Category A Error definition

Category A Error means the most severe Error, such as when the System or any part thereof has defects in title, or the System or any substantial part thereof is completely dysfunctional or excludes the use of the System as a whole.

To exclude any doubt and for the purposes of this Contract, the System’s response is understood to mean the time period which elapses from the time the Customer’s user places a query by means of the corresponding graphical user interface of the System until the correct result is displayed, i.e., until there is an answer to the particular query in the graphical user interface of the System. The Customer shall measure the System’s response using the Sydesk application which simulates the work of end users and measures the response time to queries defined in advance.
Category A Error means the most severe Error which result is manifested by the use of the Software or Hardware being impossible or substantially restricted, in particular, but not limited to, when the Software and/or the Hardware does not receive, process or transmit the Outputs, or does not process or transmit the Outputs in the level of quality required by this Contract, the TFS and the Documentation (e.g. the Outputs are damaged, illegible, incomplete, in other formats, do not correspond to the Inputs or are otherwise incorrect or inaccurate), or there is a risk of data loss or leakage, an infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights, or a special right of the database Customer when using the Software and/or the Hardware.

  • Category 3 means those affected lands and support facilities if those lands supported operations which were not completed or substantially completed prior to July 1, 1973 (the effective date of the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act) and any affected lands or support facilities taken out of use on or after July 1, 1973 and before May 25, 1975 (the effective date of the Division’s 1975 Rules and Regulations).

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

(In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.
