Serious Error definition

Serious Error means an error that creates a condition which makes difficult the performance of one or more critical functions of the NEWNET Software, but which can be circumvented or avoided on a temporary basis.
Serious Error means an Error that materially affects the performance of critical functions of the Software but does not qualify as a Critical Error.
