Campground definition

Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.
Campground means real property made available to persons for camping, whether by tent, trailer, camper, cabin, recreational vehicle, or similar device and includes the outdoor recreational facilities located on the real property. “Campground” does not include a manufactured home community or mobile home park as defined in section 435.1.
Campground means the same as that term is defined in § 35.1-1.

Campground means any parcel of land which is designed, maintained, intended or used for the purpose of provid- ing sites for nonpermanent overnight use by 4 or more camping units, or which is advertised or represented as a camping area.
