Hotels definition

Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

Hotels is defined in the Recitals.

Hotels shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph A of the Background section.

Examples of Hotels in a sentence

• The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 5 days from the date of publication of this notice.

• You must install, display, and maintain signage displaying or containing the Brand and other distinguishing characteristics in accordance with plans, specifications and standards we establish for System Hotels.

• Hotels will be reimbursed for these reward redemptions on the same basis as other similarly situated participating hotels as specified by the Hilton Honors program.

More Definitions of Hotels

Hotels means the hotel properties owned by the Partnership, directly or through any other entity, from time to time.

Hotels means all applicant hotels, “Guest Accommodation” means all applicant Guest Accommodation.

Hotels means individually one of the Existing HPT Hotels or one of the Texas Hotels and collectively the Existing HPT Hotels and the Texas Hotels.
