Business Policies definition

Business Policies means the Glossary of Standard Terms and Business Policies, a document published by FACTOR and setting out FACTOR’s operating and business policies;
Business Policies means the Cubist Business Policies and the Optimer Business Policies.
Business Policies means those Impax policies and procedures (including any applicable codes of conduct) relating to the marketing and Promotion of pharmaceutical products and the conduct of related activities, subject to Sections 3.7.6 and 3.7.7, as may be amended by Impax from time to time.
