Investment Policies definition

Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).
Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
Investment Policies means, with respect to the Company, the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • The Borrower is in compliance in all material respects with all of its fundamental Investment Policies.

More Definitions of Investment Policies

Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
