Investment Policies definition

Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).

Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

Investment Policies means, with respect to the Company, the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

Examples of Investment Policies in a sentence

• The Borrower is in compliance in all material respects with all of its fundamental Investment Policies.

• Permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to engage in any business or activity other than holding portfolio investments consistent with the Borrower’s Investment Policies.

• The Trustee shall not be responsible for any loss or diminution of the Fund resulting from the making, retention or sale of any investment or reinvestment made by it (or by an Investment Manager appointed, in accordance with the Standard of Care, by the Trustee) in accordance with the Statement of Investment Policies and Procedures as herein provided.

More Definitions of Investment Policies

Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “COMPANY” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

Investment Policies means the Borrower’s written investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations as in existence on the Effective Date, delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Effective Date, as may be amended or modified from time to time by a Permitted Policy Amendment.

Investment Policies means (i) the investment policies and procedures outlined on pages 53 to 56 of the Prospectus filed in connection with the Borrower’s initial public offering of 11,111,112 shares of common stock, (ii) the written statement of the Borrower’s qualifying asset policy delivered on the Effective Date pursuant to Section 4.01(g), and (iii) the written statement of the Borrower’s investment allocation policies between affiliated investment vehicles managed directly or indirectly by Medley Capital LLC, delivered on the Effective Date pursuant to Section 4.01(g) (and any modification thereof that is consistent with Amendment No.2 to the Application for an Order Pursuant to Sections 57(a)(4) and 57(i) of the Investment Company Act filed on July 8, 2011), as each of the above may be amended from time to time by a Permitted Policy Amendment.
