Investment Policies definition

Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).
Investment Policies means the Borrower’s written investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations as in existence on the Effective Date, delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Effective Date, as may be amended or modified from time to time by a Permitted Policy Amendment.

Examples of Investment Policies in a sentence

  • The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any Obligor to, amend, modify, supplement or waive the Investment Policies (other than a Permitted Policy Amendment).

  • The Borrower is in compliance in all respects with the Investment Policies (after giving effect to any Permitted Policy Amendments), except to the extent that the failure to so comply would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Borrower shall promptly advise the Lenders and the Administrative Agent of any material change in either its Investment Policies or Valuation Policy.

  • The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Obligors to, engage to any material extent in any business in a manner that would violate its Investment Policies.

More Definitions of Investment Policies

Investment Policies as to each Borrower, the fundamental and non-fundamental policies, and related limits and restrictions, on investing by such Borrower set forth in the statement of additional information for such Borrower, as such statement of additional information may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
