Isle of Man definition

Isle of Man means the island of the Isle of Man;
Isle of Man shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.06(a).
Isle of Man means, when used in a geographical sense, the territory of the Isle of Man, including its territorial sea, in accordance with international law;

Related to Isle of Man

  • Place of manufacture means the place where an end product is assembled out of components, or otherwise made or processed from raw materials into the finished product that is to be provided to the Government. If a product is disassembled and reassembled, the place of reassembly is not the place of manufacture.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.
