All records, files, lists, including computer generated lists, drawings, documents, software, documents, equipment, models, binaries, object modules, libraries, source code and similar items relating to the Company's business that the Employee shall prepare or receive from the Company and all Confidential Information shall remain the Company's sole and exclusive property ("Company Business Property").
The Company owns or has valid rights to use all such Business Property Rights without conflict with the rights of others.
