Business Warranties definition

Business Warranties means the warranties given in clause 7.2 (Business Warranties of the Seller) and Part 3 of Schedule 5;
Business Warranties means the statements set out in Part 2 and Part 3 of Schedule 5, and each a “Business Warranty”;
Business Warranties means the Warranties set out in paragraphs 4 to 20 of Schedule 3 (Warranties);

  • With respect to any Direct Claim and/ or Third Party Claim (an Indemnity Claim) made against the Promoters with respect to Business Warranties in accordance with this Agreement, the Parties hereby agree and confirm that the Indemnified Persons shall assert their rights to claim the Direct Claim Amount and / or the Third Party Claim Amount in accordance with this paragraph 13 of this Schedule.
