Pharmaceutical Products definition

Pharmaceutical Products means any product that under law may not be dispensed except pursuant to a prescription order written by a licensed medical professional and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
Pharmaceutical Products means all biological and drug candidates, compounds or products being researched, tested or developed by the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Pharmaceutical Products

Pharmaceutical Products means any substances resulting from preparing, preserving or compounding of medicinal drugs, vitamins or other materials used to enhance personal health. Cannabis products, including any cannabis products intended for external use, are not pharmaceutical products.

Section 335a or any similar state law or regulation under 42 U.S.C. Section 1320a-7.
