Pharmaceutical Products definition
Pharmaceutical Products means any substances resulting from preparing, preserving or compounding of medicinal drugs, vitamins or other materials used to enhance personal health. Cannabis products, including any cannabis products intended for external use, are not pharmaceutical products.
Pharmaceutical Products means all biological and drug candidates, compounds or products being researched, tested, stored, developed, labeled, manufactured, marketed, sold and/or distributed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Pharmaceutical Products means any product that under law may not be dispensed except pursuant to a prescription order written by a licensed medical professional and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

Pharmaceutical Products has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(nn).
Pharmaceutical Products means any product, compound, medicine or therapeutic which is subject to regulation as a drug, medicine or controlled substance by a foreign equivalent of the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Section 335a or any similar state law or regulation under 42 U.S.C. Section 1320a-7.
Pharmaceutical Products means all pharmaceutical or biological products (regardless of the patent status or that have or lack a trademark) that are destined to be used with the prescription of a health-care professional or under his/her supervision, which purpose is that of its use in diagnosing, treating or preventing an illness in humans, or affecting the structure or any function of the human body
Pharmaceutical Products means drug products in finished form for human or animal use;
Pharmaceutical Products shall have meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01(p)(ii);
Pharmaceutical Products means any substance or combination of substances presented or administered to human beings or animals for treating or preventing disease with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting, or modifying physiological functions in human beings or in animals. These include but are not limited to medicines, vaccines, biologicals, herbal medicines, medical devices, disinfectants and diagnostics.
