Pharmaceutical Products definition

Pharmaceutical Products means any product that under law may not be dispensed except pursuant to a prescription order written by a licensed medical professional and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
Pharmaceutical Products means any product, compound, medicine or therapeutic which is subject to regulation as a drug, medicine or controlled substance by a foreign equivalent of the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Pharmaceutical Products means all biological and drug candidates, compounds or products being researched, tested or developed by the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Pharmaceutical Products

Pharmaceutical Products means all biological and drug candidates, compounds or products being researched, tested, stored, developed, labeled, manufactured, marketed, sold and/or distributed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Pharmaceutical Products means any product that under law may not be dispensed except pursuant to a prescription dispensed by a licensed professional.
Pharmaceutical Products means any substances resulting from preparing, preserving or compounding of medicinal drugs, vitamins or other materials used to enhance personal health. Cannabis products, including any cannabis products intended for external use, are not pharmaceutical products.

Pharmaceutical Products means (i) articles recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them; (ii) articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in animals; (iii) articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of animals; (iv) articles classified as a “drug” or “device” under the United States Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 301, etc., and the regulations promulgated pursuant to such Act; and (v) articles classified as a “drug”, “device”, or similar such terms under applicable state or local statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations governing pharmacists or pharmacies, and (vi) articles that are dispensed or delivered for administration to or use by a patient or other individual entitled to receive the article pursuant to a prescription issued by a physician, veterinarian or other person who has a license to issue such a prescription.
Pharmaceutical Products means all Products being researched, tested, developed, manufactured or distributed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Pharmaceutical Products means the following products of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries: Synagis (palivizumab), FluMist (Influenza Virus Vaccine Live, Intranasal) and Ethyol (amifostine).
