BR Group definition

BR Group means, collectively, BR LP, BR GP, ICE LP, ICE GP LP, ICE AB Inc., FRI GP LP, FRI Inc., FRI LP, HE GP LP, HE LP, HE Inc., ICE Ltd., SESCI, ICE NV and SHS MX, and “BR Entity” means any one of them.
BR Group means, collectively, B&R and all of its Subsidiaries in existence immediately prior to the consummation of the HF Merger.
