Tax Group definition

Tax Group means any federal, state, local or foreign consolidated, affiliated, combined, unitary or other similar group of which the Acquiror Company is now or was formerly a member.
Tax Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(h)(iii).
Tax Group has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.08(a)(vii)(A).

Examples of Tax Group in a sentence

  • All material Taxes of the Company Tax Group that are due have been timely paid in full.

  • All Tax Returns filed by or with respect to the Company Tax Group are accurate and complete in all material respects.

  • There are no Liens on any of the assets, rights or properties of the Company Tax Group with respect to Taxes, other than Liens for Taxes not yet due and payable that arose by operation of Law or Permitted Liens.
