B-1 Certificate definition

B-1 Certificate means any one of the Class HE: B-1 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit F and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
B-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class II-B-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class II-B-1 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III.
B-1 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed by the Paying Agent and countersigned by the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-II-B-1 and Exhibit C hereto. Class II-B-1 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class II-B-1 Certificate.
