Formula Principal Distribution Amount. As to any Remittance Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) all scheduled payments of principal due on each Outstanding Contract during the Due Period immediately preceding such Remittance Date, (b) the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Contract which, during the Due Period preceding the month of such Remittance Date, was purchased by Vanderbilt pursuant to Section 3.05 of this Agreement, (c) all Partial Prepayments received with respect to Contracts during such preceding Due Period, (d) the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Contract for which a Principal Prepayment in Full was received during such preceding Due Period, (e) the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Contract that became a Liquidated Contract during such Due Period and (f) any previously undistributed shortfalls in the distribution of the amounts in clauses (a) through (e) in respect of prior Remittance Dates (other than any such shortfall with respect to which a Guarantee Payment has been made to the Class B-2 Certificateholders).
