Interest Shortfall. Notwithstanding anything in the Standard Terms to the contrary, on each Distribution Date, before any distributions are made on the REMIC Interests and the Certificates, Month End Interest Shortfall not covered by compensating interest from P&I Advances and Servicemembers Shortfall with respect to any Mortgage Loan shall be allocated pro rata among the Classes of the related REMIC based on the amount of interest otherwise owing thereto in reduction of that amount. Such amounts shall be allocated proportionately based on (1) in the case of the Senior Certificates, the Accrued Certificate Interest otherwise distributable thereon and (2) in the case of the Subordinate Certificates, interest accrued on their related Apportioned Principal Balances without regard to any reduction pursuant to this paragraph, for that Distribution Date.

Interest Shortfall. Notwithstanding anything in the Standard Terms or this Trust Agreement to the contrary, on each Distribution Date, before any distributions are made on the Certificates, Shortfall with respect to any Mortgage Loan shall be allocated to reduce the Accrued Certificate Interest on each Class of Senior Certificates related to the Loan Group of such Mortgage Loan and each Class of Subordinate Certificates pro rata, based on the amount of Interest otherwise owing to each such Class pursuant to clause (i) of the definition of Accrued Certificate Interest.

Interest Shortfall. The amount of interest due a third party owner of a Mortgage Loan following a payoff or Principal Prepayment where the interest accrued and due from the underlying Mortgagor is insufficient to pay the interest due to such third party owner pursuant to the terms of the applicable Guide or the terms of any Whole Loan Transfer, Private Securitization Transaction or Public Securitization Transaction. Such Interest Shortfall shall be the sole responsibility of the Owner.

Any Shortfall allocated to the REMIC Interests in REMIC I in turn shall be allocated to reduce the amount of interest distributable on the Corresponding Classes of REMIC Interests in REMIC II, and any Shortfall allocated to the REMIC Interests in REMIC II in turn shall be allocated to reduce the amount of interest distributable on the Corresponding Classes of Certificates. Any Shortfall allocable to the REMIC Interests and Certificates as provided above shall be treated as a Realized Loss and allocated among such Classes of REMIC Interests and Certificates in the same manner and order of priority as provided above in Section 3.02(a).

Interest Shortfall. 8.1 If on any CBC Payment Date the CBC has insufficient funds available to it to satisfy its obligations to pay the full amount of interest that would have been due on the Subordinated Loan but for Clause 8.2, the amount available (if any) shall be applied to pay interest on such Subordinated Loan.
