Class A-8 Certificate definition
Class A-8 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 and Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-8 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class A-8 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-8, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-8 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-8 Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.

Class A-8 Certificate. A Certificate, designated as Class A-8 executed and authenticated by the Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A hereto, and evidencing ownership of interests designated as “regular interests” in the Trust REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
