Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Agreement may be taken by the Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing in the aggregate at least a majority Percentage Interest.
No salary shall be paid to any Shareholder in his capacity as a Shareholder, nor shall any Shareholder have a drawing account or earn interest on its Percentage Interest of the Trust Estate.

The Trust Agreement permits, with certain exceptions therein provided, the amendment thereof and the modification of the rights and obligations of the Depositor and the rights of the Certificateholders under the Trust Agreement at any time by the Depositor and the Owner Trustee with the consent of the Certificateholders of at least a majority Percentage Interest in the Trust Certificates and holders of at least a majority of the Outstanding Amount of the Controlling Securities.
