Class R-2 Certificate definition

Class R-2 Certificate. Any Certificate designated a “Class R-2 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC II and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-2 Certificates as set forth herein.

Class R-2 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as such and executed and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 hereto.

Class R-2 Certificate. A Certificate denominated as a Class R-2 Certificate.

Examples of Class R-2 Certificate in a sentence

• Any distribution of the proceeds of any remaining assets of the Trust Fund will be made only upon presentation and surrender of this Class R-2 Certificate at the Corporate Trust Office.

• This Class R-2 Certificate is not entitled to distributions in respect of interest.

• The Class R-2 Certificate represents ownership of the sole class of residual interest in each of the REMIC IV and the REMIC V.

• Any distribution of the proceeds of any remaining assets of the Trust Fund will be made only upon presentment and surrender of this Class R-2 Certificate at the offices designated by the Trustee for such purposes.

• Director of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement and Planning Commission recommend the City Council certify the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the project and find it in compliance with the requirements of CEQA.

• The terms and conditions of any sale under this clause (v) shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Securities Administrator and it shall not be liable to any Person having an Ownership Interest in a Class R-1 or Class R-2 Certificate as a result of its exercise of such discretion.

• If the Tax Matters Person for REMIC I or REMIC II becomes a Disqualified Organization, the last preceding Holder, that is not a Disqualified Organization, of the Class R-1 or Class R-2 Certificate, as applicable, held by the Disqualified Organization shall be Tax Matters Person for such trust pursuant to and as permitted by Section 5.01(c).

Class R-2 Certificate. The Class R-2 Certificate executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A and evidencing the ownership of the sole class of residual interest in Upper-Tier REMIC 2 as well as ownership of the Class LT2-R Interest in Lower-Tier REMIC 2.
