Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class A-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class A-5 Certificate.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class A-5 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-5, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-5” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
More Definitions of Class A-5 Certificate
Class A-5 Certificate means any one of the Class A-5 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-5 Certificates, executed by the Depositor and authenticated by the Trustee, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class A-5 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class A-5 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive Basis Risk Shortfall Carry Forward Amounts and (iii) the obligation to pay Class IO Distribution Amounts.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-5 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-A-5 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated Class A-5, executed and countersigned as provided herein, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibits B-1 and E hereto.
Class A-5 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-5 Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A, senior to the Class M, Class SB and Class R Certificates with respect to distributions and the allocation of Realized Losses in respect of the Mortgage Loans as set forth in Section 4.05, and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-5 Certificate. A Certificate denominated as an EquiCredit Funding Asset Backed Certificate, Series 1997-A, Class A-5 Certificate, 7.62% Pass-Through Rate.
