Class M-1 Certificate definition
Class M-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-1 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class M-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class M-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class M-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-1 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-5 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.

Class M-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class M‑1 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A, executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 3.
Class M-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-1 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 5.01, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-6, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in the Master REMIC.
Class M-1 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class M-1 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class M-1 Certificates as set forth herein and (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk Shortfall and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class M-1 Certificate means any one of the Class M-1 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Trust for the purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class M-1 Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated as a Class M-1 Certificate pursuant to Section 6.01.
