Examples of Class B-1 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class B-1 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • The rights of the Class B-1 Certificateholders to receive distributions in respect of the Class B-1 Certificates on any Distribution Date shall be subordinate to the rights of the Class A and Class M Certificateholders to receive distributions in respect of such Class A and Class M Certificates.
