ATS Representative means Xxxxxx Xxx or any other person designated in a writing signed by Xxxxxx Xxx and delivered to Escrow Agent in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as ATS’s representative under this Escrow Agreement.

Examples of ATS Representative in a sentence

  • In the event Escrow Agent receives conflicting written direction from ATS Representative, SA Representative, or any other person or entity concerning the Escrow Funds, Escrow Agent shall file an action in Interpleader with Los Angeles County Superior Court (“Court”) and deposit the Escrow Funds with the Court.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
