Annual Operating Fee definition

Annual Operating Fee means all fees related to a permit that are paid on an annual basis. These include, but are not limited to, the following: Site Identification (ID) Processing and Handling Fee, Permit Processing Fee, Emission Unit Renewal Fee, Air Contaminant Emissions Fee, District and State Air Toxic Hot Spots Fee, and Annual Source Test Fee.
Annual Operating Fee means an annual operating fee paid to Operator during each Contract Year as set forth in Sub-Clause 5.2.
Annual Operating Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.3.

Examples of Annual Operating Fee in a sentence

  • For the first Contract Year and each subsequent Contract Year, Owner shall pay to Operator the sum of __[Monthly amount]_ per month of the Contract Year, for an annual fee of __[Annual amount] (the "Annual Operating Fee").

  • As compensation to Operator for performance of the Services hereunder, Owner shall pay Operator the Annual Operating Fee (or a pro rata portion thereof in the case of a Contract Year of less than 12 months).

  • Operator’s liability shall in no event exceed, during any Contract Year, the Annual Operating Fee payable to Operator during such Contract Year plus the amount necessary to satisfy Operator's indemnification responsibilities under Article 10.

  • Owner shall pay to Operator, the launch team, corporate management, moving allowance, housing, tech fee and labor (collectively, the "Annual Operating Fee") (or a pro rata portion thereof in the case of a Contract Year of less than 12 months) as set forth in Appendix C and mutually amended throughout the Term.

  • Within 15 days following the end of each month, Operator shall submit the receipts and disbursements showing Reimbursable Costs for such month and an invoice for the Annual Operating Fee for said month.

  • If a Change Order(s) results in the reduction of the Lump Sum Price or the Total Annual Operating Fee, it shall be adjusted in the manner set out within the Change Order(s).

  • No Reimbursable Costs or Annual Operating Fee is applicable under this contract.


More Definitions of Annual Operating Fee

Annual Operating Fee means an annual operating fee paid to Operator during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 5.2.

Related to Annual Operating Fee

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the calendar year involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).   • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e. For the avoidance of doubt, this term does not include the Additional Restitution Amount or amounts paid pursuant to Section X.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.

  • Approved Operating Expenses means Operating Expenses incurred by Borrower or by any Manager on Borrower’s behalf (excluding any Restricted Payments) which (i) are included in the Approved Annual Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Properties, (iii) are for Management Fees, or (iv) have been approved in writing by Lender as Approved Operating Expenses; provided, however, that Approved Operating Expenses shall also include, for any calendar month in which Operating Expenses exceed the Monthly Operating Expense Budgeted Amount, the amount of such excess Operating Expenses up to and not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the Monthly Operating Expense Budgeted Amount for such calendar month as to which Borrower provides to Lender a reasonably detailed explanation of the reasons for and expenditures resulting in Operating Expenses exceeding the Monthly Operating Expense Amount.

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.

  • First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.

  • On-premise beer retailer means a beer retailer who is:

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;

  • Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;
