For the first Contract Year and each subsequent Contract Year, Owner shall pay to Operator the sum of __[Monthly amount]_ per month of the Contract Year, for an annual fee of __[Annual amount] (the "Annual Operating Fee").

Owner shall pay to Operator, the launch team, corporate management, moving allowance, housing, tech fee and labor (collectively, the "Annual Operating Fee") (or a pro rata portion thereof in the case of a Contract Year of less than 12 months) as set forth in Appendix C and mutually amended throughout the Term.
