Examples of Annual Fixed Rent in a sentence
The Annual Fixed Rent and all other charges for which provision is herein made shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord, without offset, deduction or abatement except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Lease.
Further, the acceptance by Landlord of Annual Fixed Rent, Additional Rent or any other charges paid by Tenant under this Lease shall not be or be deemed to be a waiver by Landlord of any default by Tenant, whether or not Landlord knows of such default, except for such defaults as to which such payment relates.
The receipt by the Landlord of Annual Fixed Rent or Additional Rent with knowledge of the breach of any covenant of this Lease shall not be deemed a waiver of such breach.
Tenant shall perform promptly all of the obligations of Tenant set forth in this Lease; and pay when due the Annual Fixed Rent and Additional Rent and all other amounts which by the terms of this Lease are to be paid by Tenant.
Notwithstanding that the payment of Annual Fixed Rent payable by Tenant to Landlord shall not commence until the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant shall be subject to, and shall comply with, all other provisions of this Lease as and at the times provided in this Lease.
