Workshops and Courses. Realizing that it is desirable for Administrators to be cognizant of current philosophies, trends, and techniques, the Board may provide in-service workshops or courses for Administrators in areas deemed necessary. The Association and the Board may work cooperatively in sponsorship of said workshops or courses. The Association may also sponsor workshops for Administrators outside of regular work hours.

Workshops and Courses. Realizing that it is desirable for administrators to be cognizant of current philosophies, trends, and techniques, the Board may provide in-service workshops or courses for administrators in areas deemed necessary. Each administrator will be credited with up to five (5) professional development days per year for use when school is not in session. Use of these days is subject to prior approval by the Superintendent. The Xxxxxxxx Board of Education will reimburse the cost of tuition for up to three (3) semester hours of graduate class per administrator per year. If the graduate coursework is part of an approved Specialist or Doctoral Program, the district will reimburse an additional three hours per year. Prior approval of the class by the Superintendent must be obtained. The reimbursement for up to three (3) semester hours of graduate class will not be paid if the graduate class is taken during the contracted 220 days when school is in session. Individuals seeking reimbursement must remain with the Xxxxxxxx School District one year after the reimbursement is made. Those leaving prior to one year will be required to repay the district the amount of tuition reimbursed.

  • Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Trials The Ship shall run the following test and trials:

Any course that is contained within the common course numbering system shall be eligible if not specifically excluded by Florida Statute, State Board of Education Rule, District Board of Trustees Policy, or District Board of Education Policy. College-level courses including mathematics, English, science, foreign language, social sciences and social studies, vocational courses, and such other courses as may be mutually agreed upon shall be offered by the College for high school students participating in the program. To ensure transferability of credits, students’ educational plans should be closely evaluated when utilizing specialty courses for dual enrollment. To further ensure transferability, North Florida Community College encourages students to concentrate on general education courses. Students who intend to earn an associate in arts or baccalaureate degree should carefully evaluate each course to determine its applicability to meeting degree requirements.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Union Activities If the Contract Amount is $50,000 or more, no Judicial Council funds received under this Agreement will be used to assist, promote or deter union organizing during the term of this Agreement (including any extension or renewal term).

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.
