Bookings. By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.
Bookings. All bookings and reservations for guest, conference and banquet rooms or other facilities at the Hotel (the “Bookings”) as of the Closing Date, together with all deposits held by Seller with respect thereto.
Bookings. Purchaser shall receive a credit for all prepaid deposits for Bookings scheduled to occur on or after the Closing Date, except to the extent such deposits are transferred to Purchaser.

Tenant may enter into any Bookings that cover periods after the expiration of the term of this Lease without the consent of Landlord, provided, that, (i) such transaction is in each case made for bona fide business purposes in the normal course of the Primary Intended Use; (ii) such transaction shall not result in a violation of any Legal Requirements (including Gaming Regulations) relating to the operation of the Facility, including any Gaming Facilities, (iii) such Bookings are on commercially reasonable terms at the time entered into; and (iv) such transaction is not designed with the intent to frustrate Landlord’s ability to enter into a new lease of the Leased Property or any portion thereof with a third person following the Expiration Date; provided, further, that, notwithstanding anything otherwise set forth herein, any such Bookings in effect as of the Commencement Date are expressly permitted without such consent. Landlord hereby agrees that in the event of a termination or expiration of this Lease, Landlord hereby recognizes and shall keep in effect such Booking on the terms agreed to by Tenant with such Person and shall not disturb such Person’s rights to occupy such portion of the Leased Property in accordance with the terms of such Booking.
Bookings. Buyer shall honor all existing Bookings and all other Bookings made in accordance with this Agreement for any period on or after the Closing Date. The provisions of this Section 4.4 shall survive the Closing without limitation.
Bookings. All Bookings at the Hotel are subject to these Terms. At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.
Bookings. Agreements and/or reservations for the use or occupancy of guest rooms or meeting and banquet facilities or other facilities of the Hotel, including any agreements and/or reservations for any special events, off-site catering by the Hotel, or other services to be provided at or by the Hotel, in each case, for any time after the Cut Off Time, including all deposits held by or on behalf of Seller with respect thereto.
Bookings. Buyer shall receive a credit for 100% of the value of all gift certificates and prepaid deposits for Bookings scheduled to occur on or after the Closing Date, except to the extent such deposits are transferred to Buyer.
Bookings. 6.1. Bookings and confirmation of place on PURE Pursuits 2019 must be made by completing the online booking form, all required fields must be completed. Successful applicants will be notified from 31 August 2018 by email.
Bookings. 2.1. These terms and conditions, any supplemental information provided by us to you in relation to your Booking and our privacy policy all apply to any Booking you make with us. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you should therefore check them prior to making a Booking. The terms and conditions applying to your Booking will be those in place on the date that you make your Booking.
