Doctoral Program. The Board shall reimburse employees for tuition costs incurred in coursework in a pre-approved program of study leading to a Doctoral degree. This reimbursement shall be a flat rate of up to $10,000 per year with a lifetime maximum of $25,000.

Doctoral Program. 23.2.2.1 Employees, not on the School Psychologist salary schedule, who have completed a doctoral program will receive $1,200 in addition to their scheduled salary in July of each year. This is intended as a salary bonus for the forthcoming contract year and is not earned until the contract year is completed on June 30. Employees who leave prior to July 1, of any calendar year will have a pro-rated deduction. [For example, an Employee who receives a bonus on or before July in one (1) year, will not have earned that bonus until June 30 of the following year. If s/he leaves May 31 of the next year s/he will have one month’s worth of the doctoral bonus deducted from his/her last check.]
Doctoral Program a. In the event a Teacher is granted a sabbatical leave to pursue a full doctoral program which requires a year's residency, the compensation for said leave shall be one hundred (100%) percent of his/her contractual salary for that year less regular deductions. As a consideration to being granted such leave, said Teacher shall enter into a written contract, before June 30 in the year preceding the year in which the leave is to commence, upon mutually agreeable terms, to continue in the service of the Board for a period of at least two (2) full academic years immediately following the year in which the sabbatical leave is taken.
Doctoral Program the doctoral candidate reserves the right to benefit from numerous qua- lification services within the frame of his / her TUM-GS membership. In return he / she is obliged to actively participate in the qualification program, taking particular notice of the points mentioned in Chapter 5 of the Supervision Agreement.   • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • MEDICALLY FRAGILE STUDENTS 1. If a teacher will be providing instructional or other services to a medically fragile student, the teacher or another adult who will be present when the instruction or other services are being provided will be advised of the steps to be taken in the event an emergency arises relating to the student's medical condition.

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.

Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.
