WARRANTY PRODUCTS. 1.1. The standard Photovoltaic Modules covered under this Limited Warranty are - (“Product”)(specific models type please refer to Annex 1) which belong to module products.
WARRANTY PRODUCTS. Vendor shall not limit or exclude any implied warranties and any attempt to do so shall render this Contract voidable at the option of County. Vendor warrants that the goods furnished will conform to the specifications, drawings and descriptions provided in Exhibit “A” and County’s solicitation, if applicable. Additionally, Vendor warrants that all goods are free from defects in material and workmanship.

WARRANTY PRODUCTS. This warranty applies exclusively to LIVOLTEK inverter , battery , EV charger and accessories manufactured and supplied either directly by LIVOLTEK or through authorized partners of LIVOLTEK. All external and ancillary parts and units installed with inverters by third-parties are excluded from the warranty.
WARRANTY PRODUCTS. Buyer acknowledges that no representations or warranties have been made by Seller or relied upon by Buyer regarding the quality or performance of the Products except that Seller warrants that there are no defects of material or workmanship in the Products described herein. Any claim for breach of or the failure to comply with this warranty must be submitted to Seller in writing within the period of one (1) year from the date of the shipment of the Products, at which time the warranty and all obligations associated therewith shall terminate. If within such warranty period it is established that any material or workmanship in the goods was defective, Seller shall, at its option, either repair or replace such defective material or workmanship, in either case F.O.B. at its factory. No allowance will be made for repairs or replacements not authorized in writing by Seller. Repairs or replacements authorized in writing by Xxxxxx will be credited to Xxxxx only after Xxxxx has returned to Seller the material which is claimed to be defective. As to any part of the Products which is not manufactured by Seller, the applicable warranty, if any, shall be the warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY IF NONCONFORMING PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PROPERLY HANDLED, INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED, AS THE CASE MAY BE. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SELLER WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE (WHETHER GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL) SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY BUYER AS A RESULT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS.
WARRANTY PRODUCTS. (“The Architect”) shall not limit or exclude any implied warranties and any attempt to do so shall render this contract voidable at the option of (“The County”). (“The Architect”) warrants that the services furnished will conform to the specifications, drawings and descriptions listed in the procurement invitation and (“The Architects”) expense.

WARRANTY PRODUCTS. (a) The Seller expressly warrants that the articles shall be merchantable within the meaning of Article 2-314 (2) of the Uniform Commercial Code in effect on the date of this order. In addition to all warranties which may be prescribed by law, the articles shall conform to specifications, drawings, and other description and shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Seller also warrants that to the extent the articles are not manufactured pursuant to detailed designs furnished by Buyer, that they will be free from defects in design. Such warranties including warranties prescribed by law, shall run to Buyer, its successors, assigns, and customers, and to users of the articles. Seller acknowledges that all upholstered furniture at minimum meets California Technical Bulletins 116 and 117.

Seller warrants that the goods/services furnished will conform to the specification, drawings and descriptions contained in the BID Documents and to the sample/s furnished by Seller, if any.
