Variation to Rostered Shifts. Rostered shifts for shift workers may only be changed during the currency of a working week if overtime rates are paid. However, rostered shifts may be changed without payment of overtime rates in the case of sickness, accident, bereavement or breakdown of plant or equipment.

Variation to Rostered Shifts. (a) Rosters may not accurately reflect business demands on any particular rostered shift. Consequently, it may from time to time be necessary for employees to work shortened and/or extended shifts.
Variation to Rostered Shifts. 28.10.1. It is understood that rosters may not, in all circumstances, reflect the demands of the business. Consequently, the Company will have the ability to approach the Staff to work extended or shortened shifts by agreement only within the span set out in this Part.
Variation to Rostered Shifts. (a) Shift Swaps: employees may organise shift swaps between themselves provided such arrangements are approved by the business unit, outlet or representative (i.e., Workforce Planning).   • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:
