The absence of a hazard warning sign does not indicate that the Products concerned are harmless. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to comply with national or international laws and regulations, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, environmental, and safety related laws and regulations, to the extent that these are applicable to shipment, delivery, storage, trading, further processing or intended use.
