NEW MATERIALS. The Work to be delivered hereunder shall consist of new materials, not used, or reconditioned, remanufactured, or of such age as to impair its usefulness or safety.

NEW MATERIALS. Unless this Agreement otherwise requires virgin material or supplies composed of or manufactured from virgin material, Seller shall provide supplies that are new. Used, reconditioned, remanufactured supplies, or unused former Government surplus property shall not be used unless Company has authorized use of such items. Applicable meanings of new, reconditioned, recovered material, remanufactured, and virgin material are defined in FAR 52.211-5, Material Requirements.
NEW MATERIALS. 1) General rule: In all trades, specialties and occupations, where a material is substituted for a regular and accepted material, the wage rate of the appropriate trade, specialty or occupation shall apply, and the work must be performed by an employee entitled to perform such an operation under Article 4.01. Division V shall apply when there is a trade jurisdiction dispute involving technological change.
NEW MATERIALS. New materials (condition “A”) represent new materials which have never been used: one hundred percent (100%) of the Net Cost defined above in Article 3.2.

New Materials transferred from the warehouse or other properties of Operator shall be priced at net cost determined in accordance with Section 4.1 above, as if Operator had purchased such new Material just prior to its transfer. Such net costs shall in no event exceed the then current market price.

All equipment, material and articles incorporated in the Work, pursuant to an issued Job Order and this Agreement, shall be new and of the most suitable grade for the purpose intended, unless otherwise specifically provided in writing by City in the issued Job Order. References in the specifications to equipment, materials, articles or patented process by trade name, make or catalog number generally establish a standard of quality and do not limit competition. If JOC intends to request a substitution of something designated by trade name, make or catalog number, JOC shall prepare a written request to City and seek City’s written approval for the requested substitution, fully describing the requested substitution and stating JOC’s reason(s) for its request to City. City, at its sole discretion, shall approve or reject JOC’s request for a substitution.
