Use of School Buildings/Equipment. The Association will have the right to use school facilities/equipment under the same guidelines other organizations follow (outlined in District Policy KG) providing there is no interference with the regular school programs. School equipment may include copy machines and printers, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association will be responsible for the reasonable cost of the use of all materials and supplies. The building Principal will be notified of the Association’s request to confirm time and place. This provision also includes use of computers and the internet in keeping with the District’s computer and internet use policies.

Use of School Buildings/Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities/equipment under the same guidelines other organizations follow (outlined in District Policy KG) providing there is no interference with the regular school programs and when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall be responsible for the reasonable cost of the use of all materials and supplies. Thebuilding Principal shall be notified of the Association request to confirm time and place. The use of school equipment shall include the appropriate use of computers and the internet, subject to all relevant laws, district policies and administrative regulations. The Association is allowed two (2) district emails for communication. The District may suspend or revoke a computer or internet system user's access to the District systemupon violation of relevant laws, district policies and administrative regulations. Use of District computer, internet and email systems by non-district employee representatives of the Association's affiliates (OEA, NEA) that is found to be in violation of applicable laws, district policies or administrative regulations shall constitute forfeiture of Association use of District computer systems for the remainder of this Agreement.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of School Equipment The association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, computers, telecommunications resources, copy machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audio/visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials, supplies and equipment incident to such use.

  • Tenant’s Equipment Tenant shall provide notice to Landlord prior to moving any heavy machinery, heavy equipment, freight, bulky matter or fixtures (collectively, “Equipment”) into or out of the Building and shall pay to Landlord any costs actually incurred by Landlord in connection therewith. If such Equipment requires special handling, Tenant agrees (a) to employ only persons holding all necessary licenses to perform such work, (b) all work performed in connection therewith shall comply with all applicable Requirements and (c) such work shall be done only during hours designated by Landlord.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x office, as provided by canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both the Xxxxxx and Vestry.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost, at reasonable times for meetings, provided that the building principal is notified to ensure no conflicts.   • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
