Internet and Email. (a) Users shall not use County Systems for personal activities. (b) When conducting County business or performing services under this Agreement, Users shall not configure, access, use, or participate in any Internet-based communication or data exchange service unless express written permission has been given by County. Such services include, but are not limited to, file sharing (such as Dropbox, Box, Google OneDrive), Instant Messaging (such as AOL IM), email services (such as Hotmail and Gmail), peer-to-peer networking services (such as Kazaa), and social networking services (such as blogs, Instagram, Snapchat, MySpace, Facebook and Twitter). If a User has received express written permission to access such services, User shall comply with all relevant County policies, procedures, and guidelines. (c) Users assigned a County email account must comply with the County’s Records Retention and Destruction Policy. (d) Users shall not use an internal County email account assigned to another individual to either send or receive email messages. (e) Users shall not configure a County email account so that it automatically forwards messages to an external Internet email system unless County gives its express written permission.

The School makes use of the filtering services provided by Sandwell Broadband through TRUSTnet which seeks to provide internet use that is safe and for educational purposes only. The school has installed computers and Internet access to help pupils’ learning. These rules will keep everyone safe and help us be fair to others.  I will only access the system with my own login and password, which will be keep secret.  Will not access other people's files.  Will only use the computers for school work and home Learning.  Will not download and use material or copy and paste content which is copyright. (Most sites will allow the use of published materials for educational use.   • Limited Use of Electronic Mail Electronic mail and Internet and intranet websites may be used only to distribute routine communications, such as financial statements and other information as provided in Section 6.02, and to distribute Loan Documents for execution by the parties thereto, and may not be used for any other purpose.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.   • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Electronic Mail (E-mail Sending E-mail is a very good way to communicate with Financial Institution and/or Service provider regarding your accounts or the Services. However, your e-mail is actually sent via your own software and, as a result, is not secure. Because of this, you should not include confidential information, such as account numbers and balances in any e-mail communication. You cannot use e-mail to initiate Service transactions. All such transactions must be initiated using the appropriate functions within the Service. Neither the Service provider nor the Financial Institution shall be liable for any errors, omissions, claims, or problems of any kind involving your e-mail.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Electronic Mail Electronic mail capabilities as available to unit members in the course of their work may be used for the purpose of reasonable communication on union matters consistent with applicable law and the State of Maine E-Mail Usage and Management Policy.   • Internet We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
