Definition of Tenant's Equipment

  1. Tenant's Equipment means any telephone, telephone switching, telephone, data, and security cabling and systems, furniture, computers, servers, Tenant's trade fixtures, and other personal property installed (or to be installed) by or on behalf of Tenant in the Substitution Premises. (p)

Definition of Tenant's Equipment in Sublease Agreement

Tenant's Equipment means all furniture, fixtures and equipment which are owned and paid for by Tenant at any time before or during the Term and transferred to and installed in the Structures and any replacements thereof, except that Alterations to Building Systems Equipment shall be Building Systems Equipment even if paid for by Tenant. Tenant's Equipment shall not include the Tenant Improvements.


Definition of Tenant's Equipment in Lease Agreement

Tenant's Equipment means computer systems, automated teller machines, bank security systems including closed circuit television systems, safe deposit boxes, modular vaults, teller equipment, counters (excluding undercounter steel and equipment), shelving, signs, surrounds, modular furniture, furniture, drive-up motor bank equipment, satellite communications equipment including antennas, trade fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property of Tenant now or hereafter used or useful in connection with Tenant's business.
