Use of Equipment and Supplies. The Union shall have the right to request that Union materials be prepared by Parkland College employees using Parkland College facilities and supplies. Such requests will be granted if such would not interfere with the College operations. The Union will reimburse the College for such service at the internal billing rate upon receipt of billing by the College.

Use of Equipment and Supplies. Adjunct faculty shall have the right to use College photocopy equipment and supplies for Union purposes, provided that such equipment is used by a person qualified to do so, and that the use of supplies is not abused.
