Use of Buildings and Equipment. 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.
Use of Buildings and Equipment. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to access school buildings, providing there is no interference with regular school programs. Request for use shall be made through the principals and Superintendent to confirm availability of facilities. The Association shall have the right and accepts the responsibility for use of school equipment, including copy machines, computers, and audio visual equipment. Use of such equipment shall be before or after school, or during lunch time. The Association shall be responsible for customary and agreed upon cost for the use of all materials and supplies

These activities shall be scheduled at times mutually agreeable to the Association and the Principal.

Use of Buildings and Equipment. 9.3.1 The Association shall have the right to use school meeting rooms at reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations. CHARTER SCHOOL (CSASGVTA) agrees to comply with current procedures and practices for securing the use of such meeting rooms.

The Union and its representatives shall have the right to conduct Union business which involves the bargaining unit on school property or use school office equipment (except computers) at times which do not interfere with or interrupt school operations or the employees’ duty time. The Union shall be responsible for proper use of all facilities and equipment, including leaving them in the same condition as they were prior to the Union’s use. The Union shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use, and the cost of any repairs or replacement resulting from Union use.

The right to peaceful entry and use of District buildings and equipment at reasonable times and for reasonable purposes when necessary, with appropriate reimbursement, to transact Association business with the usage to be scheduled through the proper administrative channels.

The Association shall have the right to use District buildings sites, and equipment (following District use protocols), during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities. The Association shall have the right to use District educational technology equipment and/or studios so long as such use does not interfere with the District’s regular instructional program and is requested in advance. In the event any cost accrues to the District under this provision, the Association shall reimburse the District that cost.
Use of Buildings and Equipment. 6.03 The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings for Association meetings at all reasonable hours. The principal of the building in question shall be notified, in advance, of the time and place of all such meetings.
Use of Buildings and Equipment. The Association may utilize available District facilities and authorized equipment free of charge for meeting and business purposes outside of normal unit member work hours.
