Union Recognition, Bargaining Unit. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as 28 the sole and exclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours and other terms and 29 conditions of employment, as provided by the State Employment Relations Act, for all full-time 30 employees employed in the Sheriff's Office occupying the positions of deputy sheriff and deputy 31 detective, excluding all part-time, seasonal and temporary employees. All other employees of 32 the Employer are excluded from the bargaining unit. Said recognition shall continue for a term 33 as provided by law.

Section 1 - The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all full- time and part-time food service employees working at the Port Angeles Public School District in the classifications of Food Service Worker, Food Prep, Cashier, School leads, Head Xxxx, Assistant Xxxx, Utility Person, Truck Driver, and Base Kitchen Manager but excluding Managers, Supervisors, office clerical employees and substitute employees as defined in the Act. Section 2 - Student help may not be used to reduce/eliminate current hours of Sodexo employees. It is further understood that students may be utilized during lunch periods and be present for training as has occurred in the past, as long as the work does not violate state law regarding “Child Labor”.
