Types of Collection. National Plant Collection, which is held by one person or organisation and is normally kept on one site. Dispersed National Collection, which is held by a group of people, and is kept on many different sites. Application process This proposal form and initial plant list are returned to central office (xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx or the address at the bottom of the page). You will also need to join Plant Heritage if you are not already a member. The Plant Collections Committee (PCC) studies the proposal and initial plant list and may make suggestions as to research, contacts, coverage and scope. These suggestions may include plants or groups that they feel are important to conserve in the collection, number of plants that would constitute an adequate coverage, or people to contact for additional information or assistance. Their comments and suggestions will be relayed to you and your local collections coordinator. At this point you can decide whether to continue to a full application, make any adaptions to the collection based on the suggestions and advice given or withdraw the proposal. Advice and assistance will be available should it be needed. Please also refer to the Resources for Collection Holders pages of our website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. We will put you in touch with our plant records team (if you are not already) who will help get your plant list set up on Persephone, our plant records system. We recommend using this system to manage the information about plants in your collections if you don’t have access to another horticultural database. When you are ready, complete the application form and have your plant list ready on our records system, Persephone. Your application will be referred to the next Plant Collections Committee meeting for their approval. Successful applicants will receive confirmation in writing, a certificate, a signboard, use of the Plant Heritage logos and the help and advice of their local coordinator throughout the life of the collection.   • Costs of Collection In any dispute involving monies owed to Company, the Company shall be entitled to all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and interest at 15% per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, unless a lower amount is agreed to by Company.

  • Hours of Collection Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Compostable Materials, may occur only within hours authorized by the City. The Municipal Code currently prohibits collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials or Compostable Materials (1) earlier than 6:00 a.m. or later than 6:00 p.m. in residential districts and at schools, churches and commercial premises adjacent to residential districts, and (2) earlier than 4:00 a.m. or later than 9:00 p.m. in commercial districts subject to reasonable modification made by the Director.

  • Application of Collective Agreement (a) The operation of this Article shall not be construed as a violation of the posting and/or scheduling provisions of Articles 7: Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions and 14: Promotions, Transfers & Vacancies.

  • Collections All collections of monies or other property in respect, or which are to become part, of the Property (but not the safekeeping thereof upon receipt by PFPC Trust) shall be at the sole risk of the Fund. If payment is not received by PFPC Trust within a reasonable time after proper demands have been made, PFPC Trust shall notify the Fund in writing, including copies of all demand letters, any written responses and memoranda of all oral responses and shall await instructions from the Fund. PFPC Trust shall not be obliged to take legal action for collection unless and until reasonably indemnified to its satisfaction. PFPC Trust shall also notify the Fund as soon as reasonably practicable whenever income due on securities is not collected in due course and shall provide the Fund with periodic status reports of such income collected after a reasonable time.

  • COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer.   • Credit, Payment and Collection You will receive a single monthly bill for both your natural gas and the delivery of such natural gas from your utility distribution company. Payment is due by the date set forth on the invoice. Should you fail to pay the monthly bill or fail to meet any agreed upon payment arrangement, your service may be terminated in accordance with your local utility’s tariffs and your contract with XOOM may be automatically terminated, leading to XOOM seeking cost recovery fees as set out herein. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are not in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. If accepted as a customer, XOOM may report your payment experience. Bills not paid by their due date are subject to a late payment fee at the greater of the rate of 1.5%, or the maximum permitted by law, based on your total outstanding balance per month. XOOM will charge a $35 return check fee for all returned checks or the maximum allowed by law. XOOM may terminate your commodity service and may suspend services under procedures approved by law. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM.

  • Sample Collection The collection and testing of the samples shall be performed only by a laboratory and by a physician or health care professional qualified and authorized to administer and determine the meaning of any test results. The laboratory performing the test shall be one that is certified by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA). The laboratory chosen must be agreed to between the Union and the Employer. The laboratory used shall also be one whose procedures are periodically tested by the NIDA where they analyze unknown samples sent to an independent party. The results of employee’s tests shall be made available to the Medical Review Officer. Collection of urine samples shall be conducted in a manner, which provides the highest degree of security for the sample and freedom from adulteration. Recognized strict chain of custody procedures must be followed for all samples as set by NIDA. The Union and the Employer agree that security of the biological urine samples is absolutely necessary therefore the Employer agrees that if the security of the sample is compromised in anyway, any positive test shall be invalid and may not be used for any purpose. Urine samples will be submitted as per NIDA Standards. Employees have the right for Union or legal counsel representative to be present during the submission of the sample. A split sample shall be reserved in all cases for an independent analysis in the event of a positive test result. All samples must be stored in a scientific acceptable preserved manner as established by NIDA. All positive confirmed samples and related paperwork must be retained by the laboratory for at least six (6) months or for the duration of any grievance, disciplinary action or legal proceedings whichever is longer. At the conclusion of this period, the paperwork and specimen shall be destroyed. Tests shall be conducted in a manner to ensure that an employee’s legal drug use and diet does not affect the test results.

  • COLLECTION OF CHARGES 16.1 A Sector Association may request the consent of the Administrator to collect charges due from Operators to the Administrator in respect of facilities under the charging scheme.

  • REFERENCE CHECKS The contact person listed as a reference shall be someone who has personal knowledge of the Proposer’s performance during the referenced contract. Contact persons shall have been informed that they are being used as a reference and that the County may be contacting them. More than one person can be listed but all shall have knowledge of the project. DO NOT list principals or officers who will not be able to answer specific questions regarding the project. Failure of references listed to respond to the County’s inquiries may negatively impact the evaluation of the Proposal. The reference shall be the owner or a representative of the owner.
