COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in booklet form by the United Nurses of Alberta. The costs of printing shall be shared equally between the parties.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 48.01 The Employer shall provide access to an electronic copy of the Collective Agreement to each new employee upon appointment.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 40.01 Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Collective Agreement the Employer shall provide the Employee with a copy.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Union and College agree to share equally the cost of producing copies of the Collective Agreement for distribution to all members. The document shall be printed by the College Print Shop.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The employer agrees to provide copies of this agreement to present and new members of the bargaining unit.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 50.01 The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon commencement of their employment.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The University, through the departments of appointment, shall provide a copy of the current Collective Agreement to all bargaining unit members at the beginning of their initial appointment and at the time a new Collective Agreement is implemented. The cost of preparing a sufficient number of copies for this purpose shall be shared equally by the University and the Union. The costs and the number of copies purchased shall be determined by mutual agreement.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 22:01 The Company will supply copies of the Collective Agreement to each employee covered by the Agreement. The copies will be in booklet form and the Company will pay the cost of the supply and duplication. Additional copies will be available to the local Union Representative upon request.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Corporation agrees to supply each employee with a copy of the collective agreement as soon as possible from receipt from the printer or at a maximum of ninety (90) days after signing the collective agreement.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of the Collective Agreement and rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Employer shall print, at its own cost, sufficient copies of the Collective Agreement.
