Transitioning Out Strategy. The contractor’s overall transition out strategy shall focus on maintaining the requiring activity’s organizational mission as defined at the TO level, with minimal impact, not only in terms of timeliness of performance but also to ensure that critical data and knowledge transfer occurs. Prior to the termination or expiration of the contract, the contractor shall ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities, while minimizing impact to the operation. The contractor shall submit a Transition Out Plan, to include the minimum elements listed below in accordance with the CDRL provided at the TO level. Work Turnover: Once substantiated by the requiring activity at the TO level, the contractor shall provide a plan of action to effectively transfer tasked work that is in process at the expiration or termination of the contract to the successor company. Establish and maintain effective communication with the incoming contractor or Government personnel for the period of transition via weekly status meetings. • Quality Assurance: Once determined by the requiring activity at the TO level, the contractor shall provide a plan of action to ensure continuation of quality review processes during the transition period to the successor company. • Risk Mitigation Strategies: The contractor shall provide a plan of action to mitigate contract performance risks (quality and schedule) encountered during the transition period. • Data/Information Transfer: The contractor shall provide a plan of action for the efficient inventory and transfer of program data to the successor company.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.
