The 'Critical Data' clause defines specific types of information that are considered essential or highly sensitive within the context of an agreement. This clause typically outlines what constitutes critical data, such as personal information, financial records, or proprietary business data, and may impose heightened obligations for its protection, handling, or notification in the event of a breach.
