Transition Out Plan means the plan of the Parent Body Organisation to enable it and each Contractor, to continue to comply with Legislation and Regulatory Requirements and to facilitate the Transition In Plan of the Incoming Parent;

Transition Out Plan means a plan detailing the processes, activities and planning need to be carried out to ensure a smooth hand-over of Supplier Systems and services to the State prior to the expiry, or following termination, of this Agreement.
