Review Processes Clause Samples

The REVIEW PROCESSES clause establishes the procedures and standards for evaluating work, deliverables, or performance under an agreement. Typically, it outlines the steps for submitting items for review, the timeframe in which feedback must be provided, and the criteria used to assess whether requirements have been met. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon method for quality control and dispute resolution, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and facilitating timely project progress.
Review Processes. Review processes are used for assessing care plans and projections for patients that are presently receiving care within the period of time under review and is referred to within the staffing decision making tree at Appendix 2, Section 1. These processes should be undertaken by the Clinical Services Coordinator and/or nurse/midwife in charge of the patient care area in collaboration with the relevant nurse/midwife providing care and would explore any projected care requirements that appear to be outside the expected range at the time of projections being undertaken. Such review activity must be undertaken in collaboration with the nursing/midwifery staff responsible for the care. The care plans for patients should not be altered without the agreement of the nursing/midwifery staff accountable for the care and treatment of the patient at the time of any proposed change. Patient care plans and records or projections can not to be altered in any case retrospectively.
