Time and Effort Reporting Sample Clauses

Time and Effort Reporting. The Subrecipient is responsible for maintaining and submitting Time and Effort Reports to include time sheets and tracking sheets including clearly identifying employee and supervisor signature to the County within thirty (30) calendar days following the month in which the Subrecipient provided the services. The Time and Effort Reporting documentation must be submitted with the Invoice submitted for payment.

Time and Effort Reporting. The Contractor shall maintain specific documentation as support for project related personal service costs. For all Contractor's staff whose salaries are paid in whole or in part from grant funds provided under this Contract, the Contractor shall maintain a time recording system which shows the time devoted to the grant project. The system shall consist of time sheets, computerized workload distribution reports, or equivalent systems. The time devoted to grant activities must be determinable and verifiable by DCJS. If time sheets are used, each must be signed by the individual and certified by the individual's supervisor in a higher-level position at the end of each time reporting period.
Time and Effort Reporting. All Providers shall document time and effort for all activities related to this contract. The Provider shall use the FCADV’s approved Time and Effort Reporting Form herein incorporated by reference as Exhibit V to document all activities related to this contract.

Documentation supporting all project labor to include name, title, salary, fringe benefits, and percent of effort applied to the project for the specified period of time, for each individual shall be submitted to the County with each quarterly invoices and certified by an institutional official of the subrecipient. The Subrecipient is responsible for maintaining effort reporting detail by pay period. Additional detail must be available to the County upon request.

  • EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.
