Third-Party Professional Services. MCM Service Provider must consult with and obtain approval from MCM Business prior to incurring any expenses for experts, consultants, investigators, temporary attorneys or outside paralegals, or other third party professional services. MCM Service Provider must submit to MCM Business receipts for the payment of all third-party service providers.

Third-Party Professional Services. With the prior written approval of Advantage, MIIX may from time to time engage third-party providers to provide any professional services to Advantage that MIIX, in its discretion, deems reasonably necessary, including by way of example but not limitation, the following:
Third-Party Professional Services. The Applicant(s) acknowledges and agrees that Accuplan is not responsible for any legal, accounting, financial, tax, investment, actuarial or any other such professional services and/or advice rendered to the Applicant(s) by any persons other than Accuplan, and that Accuplan does not provide and has not provided legal, accounting, financial, tax, investment, actuarial or other professional advice or opinions on any specific facts or circumstances of the Applicant(s). Although Accuplan’s employees, associates or independent representatives may discuss generically the rules pertaining to a one.K and certain publications and materials may be provided on some topics, such is provided for general informational, illustrative and educational purposes only. If professional assistance of any kind is required, the Applicant(s) is advised to seek the services of a competent professional. It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant(s) to use independent counsel: (a) to verify any representations, claims, sales materials, and discussions made or provided by Accuplan and (b) to determine for the Applicant(s) the Accuplan one.K’s legality, appropriateness for the Applicant(s)’ needs, accuracy, effectiveness, required and optional updates, proper ongoing operation, and termination.

The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected.   • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
