Consultant Activities. Consulting services are eligible for assistance under this part for professional assistance in program planning, development of community development objectives, and other general professional guidance relating to program execution. The use of consultants is governed by the following:
Consultant Activities. The Superintendent agrees to devote time, skill labor and attention to performing duties, but may, with prior, written Board approval, undertake consulting work, speaking engagements, lecturing, training and other professional duties.

Consultant Activities. No person providing consultant services in an employer- employee type relationship shall receive more than a reasonable rate of compensation for personal services paid with CDBG funds.

Pursuant to 24 CFR 570.200(d), no person 15 providing consultant services in an employer-employee type of 16 relationship shall receive more than a reasonable rate of 17 compensation for personal services paid with CDBG funds. 18 r. Uniform Administrative Requirements of 24 CFR Part 84 or 85 as 19 applicable, Part 570 and OMB Circular Nos. A-102, revised, A- 21 applicable and as they relate to the acceptance and use of federal 22 funds under this Agreement.
Consultant Activities. No person providing consultant services in an employer- 10 employee type relationship shall receive more than a reasonable rate of 11 compensation for personal services paid with ARPA funds.
Consultant Activities. BIOMEDICINES agrees to contract with CONSULTANT for the provision of the following services by CONSULTANT to BIOMEDICINES: - creation and execution of drug development and regulatory strategies for current or new drugs - preparation of drug development and regulatory documentation or reports for regulatory authorities in one or more countries or geographic areas - preparation for and the conduct of meetings with regulatory authorities worldwide - advising and assisting the company with respect to establishing, monitoring and complying with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratories Practices, and Good Clinical Practices worldwide - advising BIOMEDICINES with respect to the worldwide harmonization of regulatory guidelines - assisting BIOMEDICINES in becoming and remaining knowledgeable with respect to current regulatory guidelines, particularly with regard to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration - preparing for, attending and participating in project team meetings - evaluating new product candidates from developmental and regulatory perspectives - other such drug or business development activities for which the CONSULTANT's services are requested from time to time and which are otherwise mutually agreed. CONSULTANT and BIOMEDICINES agree that services described above shall be rendered in a manner, place and timeframe reasonably and mutually agreed by the PARTIES.
Consultant Activities. Subrecipient will comply with the reasonable rate of compensation requirements in accordance with 24 CFR 92.358.
Consultant Activities. The consultant will review relevant documents and participate in a day-long in-person stakeholder consultation to observe and document the information presented, the discussions that occur, and recommendations shared by participants, WFP, and the Government of Niger. The consultant will document key takeaways and detailed findings in a report and will share a summary in a presentation. The analysis should respond to the following questions: ● What were the key messages and findings presented during the stakeholder consultation? (This should include CoD and FNG modeling results). ● What were the discussions held during the consultation, what questions were asked, and what were the responses? (This should include detailed notes of questions asked, who asked the questions, and the responses and who provided the responses, to clearly understand the dynamics of the consultation). ● What recommendations were shared during the consultation by participants, the Government of Niger, and WFP? How did the organizers (Government of Niger and WFP) respond to the recommendations during the consultation? (This should include detailed notes of recommendations made, who made the recommendations, and the responses and who provided the responses). ● Who attended the consultation? Include a list of names with corresponding title and organization/affiliation. Note: Potential additional days may be added to this scope of work for related meetings tentatively to take place in Maradi and/or Zinder for up to 6 days, by amendment, and mutual agreement between the consultant and USAID Advancing Nutrition.
Consultant Activities. No person providing consultant services in an employer- employee type relationship shall receive more than a reasonable rate of compensation for personal services paid with HOME funds. In no event, however, shall such compensation exceed the limits in effect under the provisions of any applicable statute (e.g. annual HUD appropriations acts which have set the limit at the equivalent of the daily rate paid for Level IV of the Executive Schedule, see the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 1997, Pub. L. 104-204 (September 26, 1996). Such services shall be evidenced by written agreements between the parties which detail the responsibilities, standards, and compensation. Consultant services provided under an independent contractor relationship are not subject to the compensation limitation of Level IV of the Executive Schedule.
