Veterinary Care Sample Clauses

Veterinary Care. Buyer will also provide the following veterinary care: (i) routine vaccinations and/or titers to prevent common infectious diseases; (ii) routine treatment for internal and external parasites; and (iii) annual examination by a licensed veterinarian.

Veterinary Care. You agree to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian not less than yearly. In case of illness or injury, you agree to seek prompt veterinary care. You agree to keep all required vaccinations current, including but not limited to Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP) AND to ensure that the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against heartworm. You consent CHAIN OF LOVE ABANDONED ANIMALS RESCUE, INC., inquiring with your veterinarian about the Dog after the adoption, and to us looking over your property at a mutually convenient time. Veterinary Care. The Adopter agrees to provide the dog with the necessary vaccinations as advised by his or her veterinarian. The Adopter agrees to obtain immediate veterinary care should the dog become sick or injured, and to take full financial responsibility for any veterinary expenses.

Veterinary Care. Buyer shall provide Puppy with veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and routine vaccinations.

Veterinary Care. The Dog will be examined by your licensed veterinarian within 10 days after adoption and will be provided with medical treatment as needed. You agree to keep all vaccinations current including but not limited to Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), Bordetella, AND to ensure the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against heartworm if necessary. You agree to provide the best available care to the Dog in a timely manner. Any veterinary problems that may arise, including serious illness requiring emergency care or surgery is your responsibility and you are responsible for all related costs.

Veterinary Care. Fair Feather Retrievers will, on a routine basis, inspect dog(s) for injury or sickness. Proper veterinary care will be sought in the case that it is deemed necessary by Fair Feather Retrievers. The client authorizes needed veterinary care by signing this contract. Client also agrees to reimburse all medical service and medicine fees. Payment of these fees will be on a monthly basis added to the monthly training fee invoice. The client must provide enough heartworm medication and flea/tick medication to last the dogs stay. Fair Feather Retrievers will administer these medications on a schedule determined by the client. Fair Feather Retrievers can provide such medications at the expense of the client, and will be added to the monthly invoice.

Veterinary Care. Is there anything additional that you would like the Doctor to examine while your pet is staying with us? (There is an additional exam fee):

Veterinary Care.  You agree to have the Dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian annually.  You agree to seek prompt veterinary care in case of an accident or emergency illness.  You agree to keep all required vaccinations current, including but not limited to rabies and distemper.  You agree to ensure that the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against heartworms.  You consent to us inquiring with your veterinarian about the Dog after the adoption.  You agree to us looking over your property at a mutually convenient time.

Veterinary Care. When requested, you agree to return the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Animal to us for periodic examinations and shots by a licensed veterinarian. You agree to administer to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Animal all medications prescribed by our veterinarian. 3.1. In case of illness or injury, you agree to seek prompt veterinary care. You further agree to keep all required vaccinations current, or, cooperate with FidoNiagara to vaccinate the animal at FidoNiagara’s expense. 3.2. You consent to using our veterinarian for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Animal at all times if required for illness or injury. 3.3. You understand and consent to our inspecting your place of residence prior to fostering the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Animal and at any time for the period that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Animal is in your possession.
