Veterinary Care. Buyer will also provide the following veterinary care: (i) routine vaccinations and/or titers to prevent common infectious diseases; (ii) routine treatment for internal and external parasites; and (iii) annual examination by a licensed veterinarian.

Veterinary Care. The Adopter agrees to provide the dog with the necessary vaccinations as advised by his or her veterinarian. The Adopter agrees to obtain immediate veterinary care should the dog become sick or injured, and to take full financial responsibility for any veterinary expenses.
Veterinary Care. The Dog will be examined by your licensed veterinarian within 10 days after adoption and will be provided with medical treatment as needed. You agree to keep all vaccinations current including but not limited to Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), Bordetella, AND to ensure the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against heartworm if necessary. You agree to provide the best available care to the Dog in a timely manner. Any veterinary problems that may arise, including serious illness requiring emergency care or surgery is your responsibility and you are responsible for all related costs.
Veterinary Care. You agree to provide all necessary medical care to the Dog in a timely manner. You agree to keep all vaccinations current and ensure the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against fleas, ticks & heartworm. Any veterinary problems that may arise, including serious illness requiring emergency care or surgery is your responsibility and you are responsible for all related costs. All of our pets are given a thorough veterinary exam, updated vaccines, fecal test, deworming and flea treatment. They are treated for any medical needs. To the best of our knowledge, we are giving you a healthy pet unless otherwise noted.
Veterinary Care. The County shall be responsible to pay any “necessary veterinary care” for animals, as defined herein, which are provided to any animal impounded within the seven (7) day impoundment period pursuant to this Agreement. “Necessary veterinary care” means immediate veterinary treatment for injured, diseased, or sick animals or animals that seriously threaten Mountain Humane’s ability to maintain a healthy animal population. If within the seven (7) day impound period, Mountain Humane determines an animal received should be euthanized either because of health or behavior issues, The County will be responsible for the cost of such procedures.

You consent CHAIN OF LOVE ABANDONED ANIMALS RESCUE, INC., inquiring with your veterinarian about the Dog after the adoption, and to us looking over your property at a mutually convenient time. Veterinary Care. When requested, you agree to return the Xxxxxx Animal to us for periodic examinations and shots by a licensed veterinarian. You agree to administer to the Xxxxxx Animal all medications prescribed by our veterinarian.

Veterinary Care. The Client hereby authorizes Fly-n-Gun Kennels, L.L.C. to seek veterinary or other care of the Dog, in a manner and at a location to be selected by Fly-n-Gun Kennels, L.L.C., in their sole and absolute discretion. Client shall be solely responsible for the cost of any such veterinary care or treatment incurred on-behalf of the Dog. Fly-n-Gun Kennels, L.L.C. shall not be liable to the Client for decisions it makes regarding obtaining or not obtaining veterinary care or treatment.
