Termination by Executive for Cause. If the Executive terminates this Agreement "for cause", the Employer will pay Executive his Salary through the end of the calendar month in which such termination occurs. Employer will also pay the Severance Benefit.

Termination by Executive for Cause. Executive may terminate his employment under this Agreement by giving at least ninety (90) days' prior written notice to Employer at any time after the occurrence of any of the following without Executive's express written consent:
Termination by Executive for Cause. If Executive terminates this Agreement for Cause, the Company shall pay to the Executive as severance compensation two times the Executive’s Base Salary as then in effect plus two times the Executive’s bonus paid for the Company’s last calendar year. The severance compensation shall be paid in a lump sum within ten (10) days following termination.
Termination by Executive for Cause. A) Under this Agreement if the Company violates any of its obligations to the Executive, the Executive may terminate his employment for cause at his option, at any time, upon giving the Company a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice provided that the occurrence of such violation shall have occurred within that sixty (60) days and that the Company shall have failed to comply with such obligations for thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice. Termination by Executive for Cause. The Executive shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of (i) the Employer's intentional breach of any covenant or term of this Agreement, but only if the Employer fails to cure such breach within twenty (20) days following the receipt of notice by Executive setting forth the conditions giving rise to such breach; (ii) an assignment to the Executive of any duties inconsistent with, or a significant change in the nature or scope of, the Executive's authorities or duties from those authorities and duties held by the Executive as of the date hereof and as increased from time to time; or (iii) the failure by the Executive to obtain the assumption of the commitment to perform this Agreement by any successor corporation.
Termination by Executive for Cause. In the event NPFS fails to make any payment of base salary to the Executive within thirty (30) days after such payment is due, the Executive may terminate this Agreement, upon giving to NPFS thirty (30) days advance written notice of such termination; provided, however, the Executive shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this subparagraph 6(f) if NPFS makes such overdue payment to the Executive prior to expiration of the thirty day notice period. Any notice given to NPFS pursuant to this subparagraph 6(f) shall indicate the reason for termination and the amount of the overdue payment. In the event this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this subparagraph 6(f), the Executive shall be entitled to his base salary as provided for in this Agreement for the remaining Contract Term plus an amount equal to three (3) times his merit bonus(es) for the last previous full calendar year.
Termination by Executive for Cause. Executive may terminate Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause (as defined below) at any time upon written notice to the Company specifying a date of termination not less than fifteen (15) days following the date of the written notice. Such notice shall specify the facts relied upon by Executive to determine that Cause exists. If the Company cures the breach or violation cited in the notice prior to the date of termination specified in the notice, Executive may not terminate Executive’s employment for Cause. Between the date notice is given and the date of termination, Executive shall not be employed by any other person or entity, and shall continue to perform Executive’s duties for the Company to the extent Executive is requested by the Company to do so. The Company may relieve Executive of some or all of Executive’s duties between the date notice is given and the date of termination, and such action shall not constitute Cause for Executive to terminate Executive’s employment under this Section 17.
