Termination of Agreement for Cause 5.1.1. If A/E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this AGREEMENT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.
Termination of Employment for Cause If Optionee’s employment with the Bancorp or a subsidiary corporation is terminated for cause, this option shall expire thirty (30) days from the date of such termination. Termination for cause shall include, but not be limited to, termination for malfeasance or gross misfeasance in the performance of duties or conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude, and, in any event, the determination of the Board of Directors with respect thereto shall be final and conclusive.
Termination of Contract for Cause 5.1.1 If A-E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this CONTRACT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this CONTRACT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.
Termination for Cause If Vendor fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TIPS shall provide written notice to Vendor specifying the default. If Vendor does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, TIPS may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If TIPS terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.

Termination for Cause; Voluntary Termination If at any time during the Term the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Section 4.6 or 4.7, the Executive shall be entitled to only the following:
Termination without Cause or Resignation for Good Reason in Connection with a Change of Control If the Company terminates Executive’s employment with the Company without Cause (excluding death or Disability) or if Executive resigns from such employment for Good Reason, and, in each case, such termination occurs during the Change of Control Period, then subject to Section 4, Executive will receive the following:
Termination for Cause; Resignation If Executive’s employment terminates due to a Termination for Cause (as defined below) or a Resignation (as defined below), Base Salary earned but unpaid as of the date of such termination will be paid to Executive in a lump sum and the Company will have no further obligations to Executive hereunder. Termination of Employment for Other Reasons In the event that the Participant's employment with the Company or a Subsidiary terminates prior to the end of the Performance Period for any reason other than Death, Disability, Retirement, or Termination by the Company or a Subsidiary without Cause, then Participant's rights to all of the Target Performance Shares granted in this Award will be immediately and irrevocably forfeited upon such termination of employment.
TERMINATION FOR CAUSE BY CITY 4.05.1 If Contractor defaults under this Agreement, the Director may terminate this Agreement after providing Contractor written notice and an opportunity to cure the default as provided below.
