Term of MSA. The term of this MSA shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until this MSA is terminated pursuant to the provisions hereof (the “Term”).
Term of MSA. This MSA commences on the Effective Date and continues until the termination or expiration of all Subscription Terms specified in all Proposals and/or of the terms specified in all SOWs (the “Term”).
Term of MSA. This MSA has a one-year term, which applies solely to this Agreement. The term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date set forth above and will continue until terminated by either party as provided in Section 4.1 below. In the event that a Support Service Agreement, as defined in Section 1.17 provides for different terms, the Support Service Agreement’s term(s) will control only for that specific document.
Term of MSA. 2.1 This MSA shall commence when executed by the Client and iQ3Corp and shall continue until terminated by either party by notice in writing and shall be given effect at a time when no Service Acquisition Order is then current.
Term of MSA. The term of this MSA (the “MSA Term”) shall be for five (5) years, commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the date that is one day prior to the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as any one or more Service Orders entered into pursuant to this MSA remain in effect, this MSA shall not terminate with respect to said Service Orders but shall continue to govern same until the expiration or termination of said Service Orders.
Term of MSA. The MSA shall remain in effect for six (6) months after the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). Any extension of the term of the MSA after the Initial Term shall be subject to agreement by the Parties and shall be effective upon execution of an amendment hereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the MSA shall continue to apply to any Service Order so long as such Service Order remains in effect. The total period during which the MSA shall remain in effect under these terms shall be referred to as the “Term.”
Term of MSA. This MSA shall commence on the Effective Date hereof and shall continue for a period of five (5) years, unless and until terminated in accordance with Section 3.2 below (the “Term”). In the event that the Parties have executed a Work Order under the terms of which ICON is providing Services to SUNESIS and where the provision of Services is to continue past the prospective termination date of the MSA, the Parties hereby agree that the terms and conditions of this MSA and each applicable Work Order shall continue to apply, and the Parties shall continue to perform in accordance with this MSA, the applicable Work Order and any corresponding Change Order thereto, with respect to each affected Study.
Term of MSA. The Term of this MSA shall begin on the date when the Customer Agreement is effective. This MSA shall automatically terminate without further notice provided that: (a) no Customer Agreement remains in effect; and (b) Customer has fully paid all amounts due and owing for Software and Services.
Term of MSA. The term of this Master Service Agreement (MSA) is for one (1) additional year. The contract start date is November 1, 2006, through August 27, 2010.
Term of MSA. This MSA shall become effective upon execution by Contractor and Starry and shall continue in force and effect until terminated as provided herein.
